Requirements:

  • African or Caribbean professionals currently based in or near London

  • Particularly professionals with 8–15 years’ relevant experience

  • Strong technical capability with leadership potential and commercial orientation

  • Experience across finance, investment, industry, technology, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, infrastructure or commercial development

  • Experience working across markets, building partnerships, mobilising capital, developing value chains or scaling businesses is highly relevant

  • Ideally holders of two relevant degrees (Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Technology, Engineering, etc.)

  • Fluency in English (French, Portuguese or Arabic is highly preferred)

  • Willingness to relocate to Africa or the Caribbean
