Requirements:

African or Caribbean professionals currently based in or near London
-
Mid- to senior-career professionals (typically 5–15+ years’ experience)

Proven track record in specialist or leadership roles

Ideally holders of two relevant degrees (Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Technology, etc.)

Fluency in English (French, Portuguese, or Arabic is highly preferred)

Willingness to relocate to Africa or the Caribbean
