The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), a pan-African multilateral financial institution established in 1993, is seeking qualified African nationals in the diaspora for various roles across its branches in Africa and its new location in Barbados.

As part of this recruitment drive, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend in-person interviews at a dedicated Trinidad & Tobago Summit in September 2026, providing a unique opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers and explore career opportunities with the Bank.

Requirements:

  • African or Caribbean professionals currently based in or near London

  • Mid- to senior-career professionals (typically 5–15+ years’ experience)

  • Proven track record in specialist or leadership roles

  • Ideally holders of two relevant degrees (Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Technology, etc.)

  • Fluency in English (French, Portuguese, or Arabic is highly preferred)

  • Willingness to relocate to Africa or the Caribbean
