The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), a pan-African multilateral financial institution established in 1993, is seeking qualified African nationals in the diaspora for various roles across its branches in Africa and its new location in Barbados.

As part of this recruitment drive, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend in-person interviews at a dedicated Barbados Summit in September 2025, providing a unique opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers and explore career opportunities with the Bank.

Requirements:

  • A second degree or equivalent

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector

  • Fluency in English

  • Fluency in either; French, Arabic, or Portuguese 

  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Africa

  • Possession of a valid Caribbean passport
